When I watch Youtube videos, I get loud digital sounds, but not on IE, or Chrome. I've uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled. I still have the same problem. I didn't however delete my personal settings. It doesn't matter what Youtube video I watch, they all do it. This site however doesn't do it.
